We had a great stay here! The staff was friendly and the hotel room was clean and spacious. We loved the amazing view of the Pohorje hill from our balcony. The location was perfect, as it was close to the ski area and just a short distance from the ski gondola. The room amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, were a nice bonus. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this place.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was OK, it is better to chose this hotel for sport activities ( including skiing during winter season as it is located close to the slopes )
No swimming pool although the hotel has a lot of sport facilities

The ski location is great, with the slopes just a short walk up to the summit. the rooms are spacious and provide an excellent view of the hillside. They provide an affordable ski rental service.
The receptionists are sometimes slow and unprofessional in handling customer complaints, which can cause dissatisfaction.

The hotel is well-located, quiet, near the mountains. Rooms are big and comfortable with free internet and parking. The staff is perfect and incredibly accommodating, fulfilling every request without hesitation. They even provided us with additional beds and allowed early check-in and late check-out. The hotel also offers various amenities like a tea maker, sports equipment, and delicious breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with great facilities that made our trip very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a decent variety of options. The location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts as it is situated near the ski area just outside the city.
No negatives from this hotel. Our experience was pleasant, and we had a memorable stay in this city.

During our Christmas stay, we found the location of the hotel to be excellent for our winter holiday. The spacious rooms were a definite plus, and we loved the fitness facilities that were available for us to use. The breakfast offered was of great quality and the coffee was exceptional.
the equipment in the room was missing parts and some were not functional, which was quite frustrating during our stay. we found our experience to be average, considering the high price we paid for our stay.
